Our Commitment to the Community

Inland and our employees are committed partners in giving back to the community. We know there is nothing more fulfilling than contributing to the quality of life of others in need. Whether it’s offering scholarships to students, volunteering for local charities, or donating to non-profit organizations, Inland believes in generosity and the many great things that come from philanthropy.

As a third generation, family owned company, Inland has had the privilege of being supported by three generations of charitable leaders. The Glendenning family continues their strong tradition of giving back to the community, and encourages employees to give back whenever possible. One of Inland’s featured charities is the United Way, and each year, employee contributions are matched dollar for dollar by Inland to provide assistance to those in need within the community through the United Way’s 29 partnering agencies.
